Our Focus

Clean-label, fruit-based, application-driven.

As a newly established B2B food ingredients company, Vitafoods was a valuable opportunity for us to introduce our focus on clean-label, fruit-based and plant-based ingredient solutions for industrial applications. At TwoRoots, we work with food and beverage manufacturers across the DACH region and beyond, supporting them with ingredient solutions that respond to today's product development needs.

Our portfolio focus includes date juice concentrates, date syrups and purees, as well as prune, fig, raisin and apricot concentrates. We also work with chicory-based ingredients that can support fibre enrichment and sugar reduction strategies, depending on the final application and formulation.

These ingredients can be relevant across a wide range of categories, including bars, granola products, functional beverages, bakery applications and other products where manufacturers are looking for natural alternatives to conventional syrup systems or more recognisable label solutions.

Meeting ORIGINE.

One of the highlights of the event was a meeting between our Managing Director, Amir, and Thomas Stassen from ORIGINE. ORIGINE is a family-run business with three generations of direct work at origin in Indonesia, supplying single-origin, traceable and clean-label spices and vanilla, with a strong commitment to regenerative agriculture and responsible sourcing.

The conversation reflected many values that are important to TwoRoots: long-term thinking, transparency, family business mindset, respect for the people behind the products and a shared interest in building meaningful partnerships.

For us, ingredient sourcing is not only about products. It is also about the people, origins and values behind those products.

The first exchange with ORIGINE opened an exciting discussion around how a potential collaboration could look in the DACH market.
